Retail FAQ


Please be sure to read the descriptions on the items you are purchasing for any special notes on turn around time, custom options and measurements. 

We welcome you to use our "Chat with us" feature at ANY time and for any reason! We want you to look and feel your best. A stylist will get back to you as quickly as possible to help! Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you place an order over the phone or via text, you can expect an email confirmation within 48 hours. If you do not provide an email at the time of checkout we cannot send you a confirmation. 

If you would like to place an order for a large event or for any special circumstance, please contact us directly. We are happy to accommodate.  

We are open to considering private parties and home events with select customers. Please contact us to see if you qualify. 


Instock vs. Preorder 

Our brands are primarily all handmade. Each brand is owned and operated by small business owners who are committed to quality and the integrity of the items they put out. Kindly understand that because of the nature of our goods, turn around times may be a little longer than you are used to. Please take note that some of our products are available for preorder. If we do have an item in stock and available, it will be shipped within 1-2 weeks. We fill orders in the order they are received. If it is on preorder it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks. The shipping chosen at the time of checkout is how long it will take to reach you once the items ship. 

Upcycled items are generally custom made and take roughly 8-12 weeks to ship unless otherwise noted. Please read the description of each item if you are unsure.

You will receive an order confirmation via email at the time your order is placed. If you do not enter your email address you will not receive shipping info! Turn around time is typically 3-5 business days. These times may increase during trade show season and holidays. Upcycled items are custom made by one of our brand partners and take roughly 8-12 weeks to ship unless otherwise noted. Please read the description of each item if you are unsure, or contact us directly. No refunds will be given after the order is placed. 

We ship using UPS or USPS. If you are not able to accept mail from either of these carriers please let us know immediately. If you need an item by a certain date please let us know and we will see if there is anything we can do for you.  


You will receive an email with tracking information at the time your order ships. If you do not enter your email address you will not receive tracking info!



You will be notified if something happens to be out of stock at the time of purchase. Backordered items will be added to a second invoice to ship when the product becomes available again. 


We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and Shop Pay. If you do not see a form of payment you prefer, please contact us. All orders, including preorders and custom orders, are charged at the time of purchase. 



Shipments are carefully inspected before they are sent out. However, if you are dissatisfied with a purchase you may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. A merchandise exchange or store credit will be issued upon approval. Custom or customized items and special order items are not eligible for returns OR exchanges of any kind. This includes all upcycled items. Monetary refunds will not be offered. All returned items must be accompanied by a return authorization form issued by our customer service department. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you would like us to send you a prepaid label we are happy to do so! The amount will be deducted from your return credit. 

If you choose to ship using your own label, tracking info is strongly encouraged as we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. 


We are happy to exchange or repair items that arrive damaged. We stand behind all of our products. Damages must be reported to customer service, including photos, within 5 days of receiving your order. Should you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving. We will issue an RA form and send via email along with a return shipping label. As soon as we receive your return, your replacement will be shipped. Returns sent without approval will be refused. We CANNOT take responsibility for items if no RA slip is included in the return package. 


We are happy to accommodate repairs! We stand behind our items. If you purchased items from us at any time, they will likely be repaired at no charge. If you have personal items you simply need repaired i.e. Jewelry and accessories -  we will see what we can do to help! Contact customer service to take advantage of these services.
